We do not collect your card details; Paddle handles payment. We don't use advertising trackers or session recording, and we don't sell your data.

Who receives it

  • Instagram/Meta, TikTok and Google/YouTube, only when you choose to connect an account. We request read-only profile and post data to display available performance counts. We refresh imported data about every six hours, remove stale imported data after 30 days, and remove connection tokens and imported metrics when you disconnect or delete your account. Imported platform data is not sent to AI or used for advertising. You can also revoke access in each platform’s connected-app settings. By connecting YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; see the Google Privacy Policy and Google account permissions.
  • OpenAI (AI provider): what you enter is sent to OpenAI to generate content and run web searches. If you enable video narration, the scene script is sent to OpenAI to synthesize an AI voice; your uploaded screenshot stays on our server during local video rendering. Under OpenAI's commercial terms, API data is not used to train its models.
  • Paddle (Merchant of Record): processes payments, tax, invoices and refunds as an independent controller under Paddle's privacy policy.
  • Our hosting provider, [Hosting provider], which stores the app and its database.
  • Higgsfield, only if you turn on an optional feature that uses it and add your own key. OpenAI also receives image prompts when optional OpenAI image generation is enabled.
  • Professional advisers and authorities (lawyers, accountants, regulators, courts or law enforcement) where required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Some recipients are located outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) to protect your data.

Optional project integrations

Website imports and uploaded assets are saved with the product you select. Optional website tracking records daily event totals by product, event type and campaign source. The collector does not store visitor identities, cookies, IP addresses or full page URLs; totals expire after 90 days. Optional email reminders use your account email and selected product/timezone settings and can be stopped in Today or through the stop link in each email. Reminder delivery uses the configured email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep account data, content, saved provider keys and app usage records while your account is open. Product events expire after 180 days. Successful account deletion in Settings removes your account and associated records from the live app database, deletes your stored material files, stops active video jobs and invalidates all sign-in sessions. If you contact us instead, we handle your request without undue delay, subject to applicable law. Existing backups may retain older data until they expire under our backup schedule: [Backup retention in days] days. Backups are restricted to recovery; before restoring a backup, we must reapply deletions. Paddle and AI providers handle data already sent to them under their own terms and retention policies. Paddle may retain billing records for legal or tax obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email [Privacy contact email]; we respond within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO; in the EU, the authority where you live).

Security

We use HTTPS, hash passwords with scrypt, encrypt saved provider keys with AES-256-GCM, limit sign-in attempts and scope every request to the signed-in user. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.

Cookies

We set the strictly necessary gp cookie to keep you signed in (7 days). When you start connecting a social account, a temporary gp_social_* cookie binds the authorization callback to your browser for up to 10 minutes. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, and our signup-source tracking works without cookies. When you open checkout, Paddle may set its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention; see Paddle's policy.

Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

We'll post updates here and tell you about material changes by email or in the app.
